 Hi, Its Pam again and I have a little ice cream to 

share, in the form of a birthday card:
 Inside:
The picture on front was drawn with my cameo and 2 different pens. 
I made the envelope to match the card. 
Paper is from DCVW and assorted cardstock.

KCC Birthday Hop
