I made this card using some cutting files
from the Silhouette Studio Store. I
Made changes to the files to add hearts.

The paper for the balloon is from a
multi-pack at Micheal's The paper for
the clouds and the "love is in the air"
stamp are from a muse studio
The blue cardstock is from my stash.
I also used a toothpick for my flag.
To get the card shaped right, I placed my
clouds and balloon in the Silhouette
software in a position I liked. Then I
created an offset or shadow layer. After that
I made a duplicate of the shape, then flipped it
around to the top (making a card base)
I welded those shapes then I cut the card
base out. When assembling the hot air
balloon for the card, I lined the edges
it in half and glued it to the balloon basket.
After it dried I trimmed the excess off.
I glued the clouds to the card base, then
I used foam square adhesive to
attach the balloon to the card and
also to add the flag.
